The location was great. Short walk to the beach. The condo was perfect size for 2 people. Nice balcony overlooking the gulf. No high rise condos nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay here again.

Great location and easy access. The unit is organized and has everything one needs except beach equipment like chairs/etc. Lamps were on when we arrived which was a nice touch. The bed linens were stained which was a disappointment and there was no filter in the air filter which was surprising. The shower needed some detailed cleaning as it is older. Check in and check out simple and convenient.

We love Latitude 29!! We loved everything about this condo except no washer and dryer; because of this, we will not stay in this unit again. If you don’t mind wet swim suits and damp towels this place is perfect but, because we had kids with us who changed four times a day; laundry in the condo is a must for our family. If that doesn’t deter you, then this is a perfect condo!!

Awesome vacation

We have been coming here for years and we love it! So much better than the high rises with 5 rows of people on the beach! It is absolutely perfect!

Family Vacation

The condo was just as advertised. It was a great place for our family of 4. It was a quiet area of town, but centrally located, close to 30A shops and dining and just down the road from PCB. The pool area was great but also just steps away from the beach, which was not very crowded. The condo itself was clean and well kept. AC worked great through the hot days. Would definitely stay here again.

Could get into the laundry room code didn't work that would be my only complaint

Prefer not to answer the two blank questions. We had a/c problems and they were responded to and resolved both times however it was stressful, awkward and extremely inconvenient timing and took our attention away from our family and wedding activities which was the entire reason for our visit. This time and trip activities could not & cannot be repeated, recreated nor postponed so while we were there we were worried about what we would encounter when we returned home each time. The stunning view required our cleaning the table and chairs in order to sit outside to enjoy tge view, which was obscured from the interior bc of the dirty windows.
