Everything about this space was perfect for us. It was VERY clean and in close proximity to everywhere we needed to be for our few days in Tampa. Daniyal was very communicative and all directions were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again :)

Overall great Vrbo with a great location. No complaints. My friend and I came for the March Madness games at Benchmark and were able to walk to everything.

host was very quick with the responses! he was very helpful with recommendations and very polite! room was very clean and just like the photos. he gave clear instructions on how to navigate the building so that helped a lot upon arrival. water pressure was amazing!! the bed was soooo comfy! a lot of natural lighting in the room! it really made our girls trip fantastic! would 100% recommend staying here!

Good location and clean place! The neighbor and the construction was a bit noisy but that’s the city life. Getting access with the app was challenging so a bit more guidance would be helpful. Overall nice place and Dani was wonderful very responsive.

Great Studio Apartment

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would stay again. Pros: Great location near downtown, great skyline view, clean and new building, great size studio apartment with all the amenities you need (coffee maker, cooking needs, smart tv, bathtub, pool, fitness center, app controlled smart locks)Things to Know: The apartment is difficult to find once in the building - took about 30 minutes to figure out - but Daniyal responded to my confusion the moment I messaged for help. Also, this is short term and didn’t bother - but there is currently construction on 3 sides of the building - sometimes unnoticeable and other times starts at 8 am. Lastly, once you arrive - there is a paper stating rental has a quiet agreement with the building - if you share with a resident or staff member of the building that you are using VRBO - you could be fined 250. Made me slightly uncomfortable.Overall: It was a lovely stay and I would stay again. Very attentive manager. Very clean and well-maintained apartment. Great location.
