The condo was very nice and very clean. Indoor pool was small put do able for the kids. Easy access to either Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. The condo owner allowed us to check in a day earlier. We are hoping to go back again in the near future.

Very Nice Condo and had a great stay. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the sink had a leak, which the owner is going to address and the master bedroom bed needs an upgrade. It sort of folds in, in the center - so it needs to go. Other than that, it is very clean and very nice. thanks for having us.

Cleanliness was not great.. guest bedroom door was literally falling off the hinges (top hinge completely broken) and therefore made a loud screeching everytime the door was opened making it hard not to wake up the 2 year old in that room! Overall the place could have been nice had it felt cleaner.

Hello, thanks for choosing us. We are truly sorry this was your experience; we work hard to provide a clean and comfortable destination for our guests. I am sorry we missed the mark and I have spoken with my team regarding. When you contacted me regarding a receipt being found under the bed I offered to send out our housekeeper immediately to address any issue and reclean the floors. I know this would have been a bit of an inconvenience, but we would be happy to help in any situation needed. Thanks again, Charles

Nice small condo on mountian top

Older building with cheap but nice renovations. Cleaners could have done a better job as we noticed multiple dead bugs around the house and the toilets were not properly cleaned. Everything else was ok

Thanks for choosing us. The property facilities just went through a substantial upgrade and renovation, which has received positive reviews. We will make sure our team is preparing a clean, comfortable, and affordable destination for our guests. Looks like the pest control process is working being in the mountains we have to provide treatments. Thanks again for choosing us. Sincerely, Charles
