Great place! 100 plus year old home. Accommodations for six is technically true, but four of those beds are Ikea style hideaway beds for very young children (no taller than four feet tall). I would say three adults are possible if the third person is willing to sleep on sofa. The quarters here includes many positive features... Quiet and safe neighborhood, elementary school two blocks away - love hearing the children in the distance! Well lit. Neat and clean. Fully furnished kitchen and laundry room. Adjustable steam heating for those that like a warm or cool environment. Accessibility possible if person can climb four steps. Well lit interior and entryway with convenient parking. I think the quarters could include an large painting in the bedroom and another one in the living room. The coffee and tea bar was a plus!
The property was spacious and clean. Great living room to lounge in and stream Netflix. Cozy bed. New appliances. Loved having a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet, cute, safe and in walking distance to the main area of town. I would definitely stay here again.
This property worked for my 11 days business trip to Manchester NH. The neighborhood is quiet and about 5 mins drive from downtown. I appreciated the kitchen and the living room as it gave me space that I wouldn't get in a hotel. The bathroom is small and I am tall so that was my only drawback. The owners are very responsive and helped guide me through use of the apartment and the parking specifics.
