This incredible house was designed and built to be a short term rental property, taking care of a beautiful laurel tree that is over 100 years old. The entire house is air conditioned. It has a unique design with many works of art, hand-painted hats by renowned Yucatecan artists and spectacular ceiling lamps made by indigenous Mayans. The house has a swimming pool, barbecue, garden furniture and a small sandy beach instead of the traditional garden, which gives a unique touch to the house.

A spectacular stay, the house had an incredible design, the artwork and the beautiful hats and the main chandelier on a double-height ceiling looked incredible. They welcomed us with organic coffee, a wide variety of tea, fruit and bread. The house is less than 15 minutes from Merida downtown, less than 10 dollars in Uber, with a park 1/4 mile away with many small restaurants. Without a doubt one of my favorite places.

Francisco,
Must of our guests arrive after a long trip, that’s why we leave some goodies for a light dinner or breakfast. The house was designed by a great arquitect to be a short term rental. We are happy to hear you love our place.
As soon as we walked into the house, we were met with luxury and elegance. Francisco communicated quickly and came to trouble shoot a hot water issue and resolved it right away. The thoughtfulness of not having to go out in the morning was so appreciated. Francisco stocked the place with fresh fruit, coffee and cake. He always Responded to questions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.. would stay there anytime!

We differentiate ourselves from the large hotel chains through the service. We welcome all our guests with freshly roasted organic coffee, seasonal fruit and a wide variety of teas and purified water. The house was designed by one of the best Yucatecan architects and has very peculiar details such as the living room's lamand was crafted by artisans. Part of our essence is taking care of the environment, so more than 90% of the electricity used by the property is produced through solar panels
