Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes all 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi and this doesn't have a door, the living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor space. You'll enjoy complete privacy throughout your visit, making it feel like your very own home away from home.
House Rules: Please respect our home by adhering to the house rules, including no smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.
• No pets are allowed on the property. If our housekeeping team finds any evidence of pets in the house, a $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover the necessary cleaning and sanitation.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover the costs of additional cleaning, damages, and disruption to neighbors.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If our housekeeper detects evidence of smoking indoors, an additional cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
• Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to two cars. Street parking is subject to availability and must comply with HOA rules. Any violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine. The garage is off-limits.
• Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have outdoor security cameras in the following locations: These cameras are active and record video only. There are no cameras inside the property to ensure your privacy.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Early check-in is charged at $10 per hour before 4:00 PM, and late check-out is charged at $50 per hour after 10:00 AM.
• Cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, but we appreciate you leaving the home tidy upon departure.
• Decorations in Photos: Some decorations and food items shown in the photos are for illustrative purposes only and will not be provided during your stay.
• Entertainment: We do not offer cable or video streaming services, but you are welcome to stream movies and videos using your own account with the available Wi-Fi.
• Food & Spices: For safety reasons, we do not provide spices or food items.
