Aloha and Welcome to Kapalua Ridge #321- a coastal chic 1bd/2ba vacation condo with Panoramic ocean, sunset, and Molokai views. We are proud to share our condo with you that was recently refreshed, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The vast majority of the furniture is brand new including the high end sleeper sofa and king bed, flat screen tvs, and new interior lighting and kitchenware, linens, and beach equipment. This place has one of the very best “Walk in and WOW” ocean views.



The Space:

Spacious 1150 sq. 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo/villa situated in the building closest walking distance to the beach in the quiet and extremely well maintained Kapalua Ridge Villas. Walking distance to a selection of fine restaurants , golf, hiking, and beaches within the Kapalua Resort. Fully equipped kitchen with anything you could need to cook meals when staying in.

Private entrance just steps from the assigned covered parking space

Just Perfect

My family and I had a great stay and the property was in the perfect location as we attended a wedding at The Pineapple Chapel which was very near and walkable. Many beaches near by and stores to buy groceries, etc. Check in was very easy and owners were very easy to contact. All in all we had just a perfect vacation.

Heaven on earth

We have stayed at several locations within Kapalua and this did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are mesmerized by the view. I lived on the lanai with binoculars in hand everyday. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Research well worth it!

Wife and I spend much time researching different properties and locations. For what we were looking for and hoping for, this property lived up to and hit every point on our list. Perfectly appointed and yes the view was perfect! Bedroom and bed very comfortable as to what we like in sleeping quality. On site host incredibly helpful and friendly. We used the Concierge Services at the Ritz and couldn't of been happier with the quality of service from their staff as well. We definitely would stay here again on any return trip to Maui.

Flawless

We spent 11 days here. Everything was really perfect. The unit was very clean. We had absolutely zero issues with any pesky critters, which was very nice. 5 stars is not enough. The place was fabulous.
