The host was very welcoming and the house was perfect! It is such a beautiful hpuse and its decorated just perfect. Plenty of space for whatever kind of crowd that u may have... hot tub was a hit and the beds were so super comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Place To Stay for Large Family

This place has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Game room inside, Games for outside, and games for the whole family to enjoy. Located within walking distance of Farmers Market. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

Last minute booking

Nine oaks is a spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Game room is a bonus! The place is extremely clean and I loved the bathroom towels as well as the bed linens. Beds were comfy as well.

We enjoyed the house and all the amenities! We played all the games and used the poker table several times during our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked! The deck was our favorite place with the hot-tub and we ate outside on the picnic table twice while watching the squirrels and butterflies. We felt like we were in the country because it was so quiet, but we were still able to walk to Goodwill and restaurants. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Absolutely amazing stay

The pictures on the website don’t do this home justice. It is a beautiful old home with modern updates. We were here for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to stay in the heart of beautiful Siloam Springs. Easily slept 3 couples and all the kids. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. The game room upstairs is amazing. The hosts are wonderful. Book this place if you get a chance!

The house and amenities were wonderful for our family gathering. Kids especially enjoyed the game room and outside game activities and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable, house and property was very clean and home owners were very welcoming and responded quickly to communication. House was decorated so nicely and provided almost anything you might need. Thanks for a great stay!
