I am from Chandler, Indiana and have had rental properties for several years. I enjoy hosting "The Getaway" because of its great location that allows others to enjoy all that Southern Indiana has to offer.
Why they chose this property
"The Getaway" is in a neighborhood right off the Lynnville exit, 39, of I-64. iLynnville is a very small town with a lot to offer. Beautiful Lynnville Park, Interlake State Recreation Area, Sugar Ridge, the Black Horse Wedding Barn and Holiday World are just a few of the wonderful places to visit that are in close proximity to "The Getaway".
What makes this property unique
"The Getaway" is an older home located in the Town of Lynnville. The home has the original interior doors and locks and original hardwood floors, taking you back in time, but has been updated to modernize the home.
Lynnville is an old coal mining community and there is artwork in the home representing that.
There is a large circle drive to accommodate trailers if you are pulling a side by side or kayaks or just need extra parking.
