Made for you to live an incredible experience with your family and friends, in Alto da Colina in the Nova Cruz region, next to Praia de Maria Farinha, considered a privileged location, due to its waters that divide between the sea and the Timbó River , creating a beautiful setting with its coconut trees and mangroves. Maria Farinha beach has a welcoming climate, soft sands and a blue-green sea perfect for swimming! The house has a sweeping view of the sea and river and you can access the sea via a boat crossing that takes just a few minutes.

In the region you can take several boat trips to visit the Mangue, Coroa do Avião or Ilha de Itamaracá!

The house has 4 bedrooms (3 of them suites) 3 bathrooms and an incredible pool to enjoy the sun from January to January on our northeastern coast.
