We stayed at this property over the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately, our experience was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and went straight to the pool, which we were really looking forward to. However, the pool was extremely dirty and foggy, which made it unpleasant and uninviting—especially for our kids. While someone did come to clean it the following day, the job was not done thoroughly, and it remained below acceptable standards throughout our stay.Communication with the property manager was adequate, though we did experience some confusion regarding the gas tank for the grill. The welcome book stated that a complimentary tank would be provided upon request, but I ended up having to purchase one myself. While I was reimbursed, it was an inconvenience to interrupt our stay and make an unexpected trip to the store. Additionally, the person I spoke with about it was less than friendly, which added to the frustration.Another uncomfortable moment was when a friend of the owner unexpectedly came by and knocked on the door asking to use the restroom. It disrupted what was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment.Overall, the property has potential, but our stay was marred by several issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our time there. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.
