The Atrium is a historic building located in downtown Perryville, MO that has recently been beautifully rehabbed. There has been so much time & love put into this building and I can`t wait to share it with you. Each room is a new experience. Spend your time resting and recharging in your private room, playing pool/socializing in the community lounge, or getting some fresh air in the outdoor courtyard. Then take a quick walk and find yourself in the middle of Downtown Perryville MO, which is always bustling with community events. Restaurants, bars & artisan cocktail lounges in walking distance along with shopping & multiple coffee shops!

*DIsclaimer* The Atrium is located right next to the local downtown night life, so you may hear noise between the hours of 10:30pm-1:30am.
No parties or events allowed without the host permission.
We are 4/20 friendly, but no smoking or vaping allowed inside The Atrium or The Atrium courtyard.
Pets allowed with a paid $50 pet fee. Additional pet cleaning fee will be applied in event of accidents or damage.
Not suitable for toddlers and children.

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please adjust HVAC accordingly when you go out.
