I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I repeatedly called the provided contact number, but no one answered. As a result, I was left without a room until around 3 AM, when the night guard finally managed to find an open room after exhausting all attempts to reach the reception. Unfortunately, the room had no working air conditioner, making it unbearable in the heat of Dar es Salaam. Additionally, there was water leaking from the toilet into the bathroom, which may explain why the room was left open. Since there was no staff available to assist me, I was never asked to sign in, meaning there is no official record of my stay—despite the fact that I had already paid. This lack of service, accountability, and basic amenities made for an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend staying here.
