About this property
Woodsy Lakefront Cabin - Hot Tub, Kayak, Fire Pit - Family & Romantic Getaways
Escape to a motor-free lake where you can paddle in pristine silence, watch eagles soar from the outdoor shower, and soak under the stars in our all-season hot tub.
Our cabin on Trails End Lake is designed for comfort and fun—perfect for romantic getaways, unplugged family time, or remote work. Guests love our dreamy beds, fire pit, well-stocked kitchen, and jumping off the dock into pristine warm waters in summer months. Hood Canal beaches, hikes, and golf courses are all within 30 minutes.
THE LAKE EXPERIENCE
Trails End Lake is a rare find—a motor-free lake with no tides and no wakes, just peaceful water warm enough for summertime swimming. We have 70 feet of private waterfront with shallow entry, ideal for children and confident swimmers alike.
Water Activities Year-Round: Take out our 17-foot canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddle board any time of day, any season. Paddle out to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or explore the shoreline at sunset. From mid-May to mid-October, swim out to our floating dock to relax in the sun and dive into crystal-clear water. The lake is stocked with trout in spring and summer for fishing.
Waterfront Amenities: Grill on our deck situated under cedar and pine trees, gather around the lakefront fire pit as the sun sets, or rinse off in our outdoor shower with lake views. After dark, relax in the all-season hot tub under the stars.
Games & Entertainment: We provide cornhole, bocce ball, ladder toss, and a dartboard in our outbuilding overlooking the lake. For indoor fun, enjoy puzzles, board games, and a karaoke machine.
THE CABIN
Our 1,200 square foot cabin is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity, with an enclosed yard perfect for dogs.
Bedrooms (Sleeps 5)
The primary bedroom features a king bed with lake views and a premium Casper mattress. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus an XL twin bunk, both with Saatva mattresses. Additional sleeping options include a queen air mattress, twin air mattress, and travel crib.
Living & Entertainment
Gather by the fireplace for movie nights on our 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and more. Large windows frame beautiful lake views throughout the main living area.
Kitchen & Dining
Our well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee grinder, high-quality cookware, roasting pans, baking dishes, blender, and complete serveware—everything you need for home-cooked meals or holiday dinners. We stock olive oil and approximately 20 basic spices. Dining options include the kitchen table, small island, or the spacious lakefront deck.
Home Office
The dedicated workspace features lake views, super-fast WiFi (1500 mbps), a computer monitor, and a comfortable reading corner—a true work-from-home setup. The room also accommodates a twin air mattress or travel crib when needed.
