close to the beach and center!
apartment with separate bathroom and 2bedrooms with large wardrobe.
recently renovated with lots of light and situated in a peacefull area. Close to supermarket, ATM, Farmacy, bars, restaurants, als busstop at 2 min walking to go downtown in 15 min. 1.30 euro.
at the back a nice terrace/balcony. 15m2, has sun morning upto sunset.

It close to the beach but also close to the center, so you don t have the noise but do have the benefits of being closeby.
It is a typical spanish neighbourhood which will give your holiday an authentic feel

What makes this property unique

It s a spacious apartment, located on the foot of the mountain, so no climbing necessary.
peaceful surrounding, but close to beach,restaurants,supermarkets,buststop etc.....
