Renovated with an eye towards relaxation and fun. Off Route 66, with intentional decor. Come together on sectional couch to watch the Roku 55” TV with Netflix / Hulu Disney+package. Enjoy: Game Room with a selection of games, Outdoor Dining, Primary Bedroom with 55” Roku TV, king bed and makeup table. In the dedicated workspace you’ll find a coffee bar offering Kuerig coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks. A desk/hi-speed WiFi finish the space. Max guests 7/no pets. Min age to rent 25.
Kicks on Route 66 – Bright, Fun, Family-Friendly with 5 Beds, Central-One mile to Expo Square.
We’re a Mom and Son Duo. We have a passion for Tulsa, creating beautiful spaces and a growing interest in the Mother Road – Route 66. Julie enjoys trying different cuisines and restaurants, coffee shops, wine and chocolate, music venues, rodeos and fairs, walking in nature and easy commutes! John is enthusiastic about boating and fishing, weather forecasting, great BBQ and providing new experiences for his young family. Tulsa is the perfect place to meet these passions and more.
Skip the traffic and parking hassle. Walk to the Tulsa State Fair from the house.
Newly renovated and furnished for comfort, enjoyment and convenience. Fun touches throughout.
• Enter through a keyless lock with personal code to find a Welcome Guide and small Gift awaiting your arrival. If your group is here for a horse event down the street at Expo Square, we've added a boot scraper and tray for your convenience.
• Dining Room with Table and 4 chairs and 2 extra in the corners for lively meals. (second table and 2 chairs can also be moved in from the game room)
• Office Area has a Desk, Office Chair, and Fast WiFi on one side, a well-stocked Coffee Cart on the other. Caffeine up, get your work done and then go out and enjoy all Tulsa has to offer!
• Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve meals or prepare them. Extra deep sink to hold dirty dishes. Everything in the kitchen is brand new, except the dishwasher which was new enough not to replace! Don’t feel like eating in? You’ll find great restaurants nearby! We’ve shared a few favorites in the Welcome Book.
• Living Room is bright and cozy with a comfortable couch, throw pillows and blankets plus additional seating. Relax and watch the 55” Roku TV.
• Two Full Bathrooms have both been fully renovated. We kept the beautiful cast iron tub and had it reglazed – you don’t find them like that any more! Primary bath has an oversized shower.
• Second Living/Game Room where you can watch TV, or have family fun with a selection of board games. Too tired to move to the bedroom? Pop the Lazy Boy Sleeper Bed out and grab the gel topper, sheets and blankets from the closet.
• Primary Bedroom Large space with a decorative fireplace (not working), King-sized Bed with Serta Memory Foam mattress and high-end sheets/bedding with view of the 55” Roku TV, Makeup Table with Large Lit Mirror, Small Couch to sit and relax, and a private full bathroom.
• 2 Additional Bedrooms One with a Single over Double Bunkbed and the other with a Queen Bed with comfy mattress and bedding.
• Laundry Full-sized Washer and Dryer in the Game Room. Laundry pods up high on the shelf in the closet + dryer sheets.
• Covered Carport and Drive is long enough for 2 vehicles. On quiet corner lot with plenty of street parking.
• Fenced In Backyard with Table/Umbrella and 4 Chairs and 2 Rocking Chairs and Side Table. Stay late under the strings of outdoor lights. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, ashtrays provided.
• Quirks of a 1940’s home. While you’ll see new throughout the house, we’ve also kept some of the home's original charm and quirks. The original hardwood floors tilt but be assured, the foundation was lifted and fully reinforced in 2024. There are plenty of built-ins. We’ve added Route 66 memorabilia for our guests to enjoy (that stays) and you’ll see paperback books throughout the built-ins to read. Feel free to take home if you’re only halfway through.
