Full guest bathroom offers a shower and bathtub. Nestled within the Playa Del Rio neighborhood on a cul de sac with no neighbors to the back or left, just views of the Colorado River and our beautiful Rotary Park! RV parking and a large driveway to easily accommodate all your toys. Enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine taking in the views on the back porch while enjoying our available hammocks. Lovely location next to a park, sports fields and Colorado River. The place had all the house amenities, towels, cooking items, wraps and bags and more. The host was very accommodating to our needs. Lots of eateries nearby.

Amazing stay

This house was awesome! Great location with nice parking in front of house. There was everything we needed and then some and Kristina the host was awesome to deal with and kept in touch to make sure our stay went smooth. Could definitely see myself staying there again!

Home was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location next to the river and a large park was a very nice touch.Kristina and David are excellent hosts. Easy to get a hold of if needed, and yet not constantly checking in. A wonderful experience. Thank you Kristina.

Hi there, I have lived in Bullhead City full time for 3 years and enjoyed vacationing here since 1978. Our home we currently live in was on VRBO for ten years as a rental home in between our visits. I also own a small business in town and love being active in our community. I enjoy walking and jogging along our beautiful Colorado River and enjoying our beautiful parks and scenery.
