Comfortable Stay - Spacious House - Near Columbus GA

We enjoyed staying in this house during the week we visited family in Columbus. We appreciated the game room in the garage, the back porch, and all of the space in the house so we could relax when returning for the day. The host was also super responsive.

Great place to hang with the family.

Our son is at Ft Moore and had the weekend off. The nice giant sectional in this place was awesome. We had 7 people on it watching movies. Kitchen was well stocked with gear and the game room was cool.

Almost perfect for our needs

We had 7 adults who traveled to Columbus for a funeral.Pros: The house is centrally located for most of Columbus and Phenix City (at least for everywhere we needed to go). The host is responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The large sectional was comfortable and was able to accommodate all 7 of us. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.Cons: The twin beds were not sturdy enough for adults. One had been broken before we arrived. It was easy and there was plenty of room to put the mattresses on the floor. The only coffee in the house was instant and there was no dishwasher detergent. I hesitate to write that as a con because it wasn't a problem to pick up both, but I expected an initial supply of both. We were not able to control the thermostat. At times we were either too cold or too warm but not to the point that we needed to contact the host. My guess is that the host would have adjusted the temp but since it was manageable, we did not ask. We had other family stay in Columbus at our second choice VRBO and we had a much better experience than they did. I hope this reads as a positive review because the cons were minor for us. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.
