Spacious newly remodeled home in the quiet, older Wildewood neighborhood. Features all-new furnishings and a fun arcade—perfect for families or groups. Centrally located: just 25 min to Pensacola’s beautiful beaches, and 10–20 min to the airport, Blue Wahoos Stadium, Ice Flyers, UWF, Cordova Mall, shopping, dining, and PSC. Less than 10 min to Pensacola Christian College. Comfort, convenience, and fun await!

As this is a home that is regularly used for my personal family vacation home I ask for your respecting of all the rules to continually provide a great stay for my family and all my guests. Thank you see rules below:

(doorbell camera will be used to verify compliance with the NO PARTY rule and accurate guest count policy)

SORRY, NO LOCALS

1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS NO EXCEPTIONS(failure to comply will result in REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY with no refund)

2. PLEASE BE HONEST IN YOUR GUEST COUNT (12 person max).
I have a fair extra guest fee (after 6)that covers the extra cleaning for additional guests. Therefore I ask for an accurate guest count upfront.

3. No pets allowed

4. No smoking of any kind on the property. There is a $200 CHARGE if evidence of smoking is found(physical or smell)

5. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms

6. Please respect the noise curfew for respect to the neighbors. (10pm-7am)cameras pickup excessive noise, and alert home owner.

7. Please honor check in(4pm) and check out(10am) times, As the cleaning service needs plenty of time to make sure the house is clean and ready for the next guests.

8. Please care for and respect all furnishings on the property we want everyone to enjoy a nice clean, and cared for environment (GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES)

9. Please do not Rearrange furniture with the exception of the sectional in the living room to turn into a bed.

10. No illegal substances allowed on the property.

11.Please NO DRIVING OR PARKING IN THE GRASS

12. Fire pit use: If you so desire to enjoy the nice relaxing fire pit area, please be mindful and responsible during use. Please do not leave children unsupervised while in use. Please use wood only and keep all burning materials within the enclosed fire pit. If there is any accidental fire there is a water hose right outside the patio, a fire extinguisher in the laundry room and under the kitchen sink. Also please inform me asap if any accident happens when using. When done using please use water hose to extinguish any remaining embers.

Great Stay 10 minutes from shopping and 20 from Pensacola beach!

Great Stay! In a quiet neighborhood! Ricky was a great host and responded quickly. The covered back porch was my favorite place to chill. Love the convenience of shopping and the beach. The family loved our getaway and would definitely stay here again on our next adventure to Pensacola.

Ricky the host was amazingly fast at answering all questions and having quick responses. The house fit all of our guests fine. It was a great location to get to all of the places we needed to be as well as to the beach. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Excellent space to stay for friends and family!

We rented the property due to its location and proximity to downtown. It was convenient to downtown and not too far from Pensacola Beach. The house itself has everything you need and then some. We had a total of six guests and had more than enough room for all to stay comfortably.Owner provides great communication and answers any questions or needs you may have in a timely fashion. If we are back in the Pensacola area, we will definitely rent again.

A home run

Very clean - all new interior- kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. nice enclosed backyard patio to enjoy my morning coffee- perfect for our family of 8. Had a few questions for Ricky and he always answered within minutes.

A cool arcade, a nice relaxing sitting room convenient for reading, sipping coffee or listening to music and the house is laid out very well for a group and still having plenty of privacy
