We stayed for 30 days. The room was clean when we check in. Glenn was very helpful during our late arrival because the flight was delayed. He even let us stayed 2 hours extra when we were about to check out for a smooth transition to our next hotel booking because it was at 2pm. The guards and receptionists in the lobby were all very helpful, and nice. I like that there is a mini mall below the condo. The best part for us is the food truck fest nearby. We enjoyed the varieties of food every night we went there.

What you see on the pictures you will get. Its clean its cozy and definitly the money worth. You have a Mall directly at the Building (Fame Mall) and you get there whatever you need. The room itself is made for a comfortable longer stay and invites to rest very well.

Very nice area and an easy 5-15 minute walk to several nice malls. There’s a grocery store in the building along with Starbucks and a food truck park ½ block away. I’m only saying 4 stars which is possibly unfair as I may be expecting too much from an American perspective. For the Price, it’s 5 Stars and it was good enough that I came back for a 30 day stay. Hope that helps you make a decision.

I have more units currently being built at Gold & Mint Residences.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. The units are all fully furnished with kitchen appliances, utensils, pots & everything you need to have a comfortable & relaxing stay.

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year to take care of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
