House Rules: ~Please remove shoes at the front door. ~NO SMOKING - absolutely no smoking inside the premises, including the patio of the unit. Smoking only permitted outside the building (front entrance or exit-only door at end of hallway beyond unit). ~MAKE-UP REMOVAL: Please DO NOT use white towels to remove make-up. This ruins the towels and will incur a replacement charge at the guest`s expense. Please use the provided black Makeup towels! ~All items are owned within the unit, anything taken will be charged back to the guest.
Extra Charges and Fees: Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:

Great stay, condo was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Owners were very fast with their replies on any questions I had. Check-in and out were very simple. Condo was very clean and stocked well with spices, coffee and filters, and tea and had everything we needed to serve our Easter supper we had prepared. The hot tub was nice to have after a day of hiking. The view out the window of the Three Sisters Mountain was beautiful as well. Would come back and stay here again.
Indoor parking was easy, good for smaller vehicles but lots of outside parking as well. Suite was awesome with everything you can think of provided. Fireplace was the perfect touch with great heat. Owners were welcoming and in touch. Our daughters both had suites in same complex and were jealous of ours. Will definitely try and stay here again.
The stay was good, great location, hots tubs were great after a day of skiing. My only gripe was the hard beds, a better mattress in both rooms would go a long way.
This was a perfect place to stay in Canmore. Amazing amenities and a super communicative host. I would recommend to anyone wanting to day trip to Banff!
Our stay at Joshua's place was fantastic. The place was clean and the location was perfect for exploring Canmore and Banff. Joshua was a wonderful host, he is always quick to respond for any of our concerns. We felt right at home and would definitely book again.
Underground parking was very good, lots of spaces. The main hallway was clean and a very quiet building.Was great having access to all of the hot tubs on the property. Kitchen was well stocked even had multiple spices. Josh and Emma responded very promptly with any questions we had. Upon arrival a nice binder included lots of information. Will stay here again.
A great spot for our family of five to enjoy all that Canmore and Banff area have to offer. The unit is kept really clean, nice balcony and dining area with space for our teenage kids. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend this place for any family vacation, a great “home away from home”.
Spacious for family of 4, all adults. Cozy fireplace was nice and my daughter and I used hot tub once. Great communication from owner on check in. Enjoyed our stay in Canmore. About a 30 min drive into Banff which does offer more dining options and shopping. Banff closer to popular hikes but Canmore is quieter.
An incredibly spacious and well kitted-out flat which could’ve easily handled 6 of us, rather than just the two of us who were visiting. Comfy beds, easy parking, great lounge to relax in, and a great pool and Hottub to unwind in, all supported by hosts who were readily available to answer all our questions and queries. Already looking to book for next year!
