Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Sheets and towels into laundry basket in bedroom closet and take down to laundry room.

All garbage into kitchen garbage can. Take garbage out and into garage bin next to the garage.

Leave garage door opener on kitchen countertop. Ensure all lights, stove and oven off. When leaving, press “quickset” on keypad and turn handle and push on door to ensure it’s locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
