Great location in East Village with cafes, nightlife and shops nearby. Short walk to subway. Close to lots of parks. Three of us stayed here and had plenty of room.
The place was just as advertised, conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Has everything you need. Very nice. One down side is carrying your luggage up the stairs. It’s an old building and the stairs are narrow. There was 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. I would stay here again. I like the look of the old building.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
The apartment was a little tight for the 6 of us and the Window in the front Bedroom was smashed. Given the location the smashed window made it feel a little less secure. The hosts were very friendly and responsive especially when the initial air mattress we were given had a leak. The apartment was clean and the washing machine was an added bonus. The subway was quite a fair walk away meaning getting to mid town took close to an hour. Easy access to Brooklyn and the financial district. It was walking distance to the East Village, the Bowery and SoHo. It was described as the East Village but it was really Alphabet City and not the best part of Alphabet City either between C and D
We had a family reunion with 2 elder; 3 adults and 2 kiddos ; was a great experience; walking distance to many great food choices ; citibikes on the same street. Time square 25 mins by bike. Wonderful upgrades .
