Discover the charm of this secluded pet-friendly condo, overlooking pond and hole #10. It's just a 10-minute drive from the Hwy 76 'Strip' and a 15-minute drive from Silver Dollar City, nestled within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village.
-Lower level entrance- Approx 12 steps to front door
-Corner back deck with lovely views & just 3 steps down to small grassy area
-Access to Lake Taneycomo within Pointe Royale Resort
Neighborhood amenities:
-2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool, outdoor hottub
-Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, bar & grill, nature trail +
No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings
Boat & trailer parking not permitted

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

This condo was a great choice for us. It was cozy, welcoming (with Christmas decorations ) and thoughtfully equipped. Very comfortable bed. Convenient location to attractions. Check in and check out was pretty effortless. Host was very communicative. We would stay here again.

The place was so cute! The bed was comfy. We had cable with HBO and Shotime. So close to everything! Cute back patio to let our dog out. I loved the pond. The place was perfect! P.S. the hideway bed was suoer comfy. The place was very modern looking. The tiny Christmas tree was a perfect touch!

Great stay. Loved it was pet friendly. Very clean beautiful property. Very nice walking trails. We stayed in lower level which was perfect for our puppy. The only thing was on lower level guest above had children who would run non stop and of course we could hear all of the running.

This was a perfect space for us and our dog, quiet, clean, and so close to everything you would need inside the resort. We started each morning walking the onsite trail. We also loved that it was away from the traffic of 76, but still just a short drive to get about anywhere you may want to visit.

Great Condo

We stayed in this Pointe Royale condo celebrating our anniversary. Great location, beautiful back deck view overlooking a pond and golf green…super comfortable bed and very quiet. Check-in was wonderfully easy, in and out each trip into Branson was simple with an all-access card allowing us to skip resort guard at the gate and just drive in. Condo is next to Clubhouse restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great location and communication

Brought my 7yr old son to Branson for his first time. The host was responsive and everything was accurately represented in the photos as it was when we arrived. Point Royal is a huge neighborhood and the condo was within 60ft of the clubhouse and pool which was very nice and convenient. The main strip in Branson was maybe a 6-8min drive which was nice. 5stars

Great get away
