Three bedroomed house. The main bedroom has room for a cot and has a balcony. In the second bedroom the beds can be joined to make a double or kept separate. The third room has a single bed. There are two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, kitchen, living room and terrace. Central heating and a wood burning stove. Broadband internet. Garden for games or sunbathing, reading or just relaxing. Amazing views and ideally situated for walking in the mountains. Situated in a small village with all the basic amenities, on the border of Alpi Marittime Park, one of the largest protected areas in Piedmont.

Perfect stay in Valdieri!

It was the second time that we stayed at the nice house of Alessandra and James. They both very friendly, helpful and kind. The house is perfect for families, friends and you will find there everything you need for the stay. We will come back again, no doubt!

The Beta Riders

It was our second stay in this simply but functionally furnished house. Partly due to our suggestion in 2022, there is now also a large oven. Top!!! Thank you very much. Alessandra and James are very lovely people and excellent hosts. We felt very comfortable again and enjoyed the conversations with them so much.

Fantastisch huis, fantastische locatie. Als je droomt van een prachtig uitzicht, wielrennen, mountainbiken, hiken dan zit je hier geweldig. Het huis is perfect schoon en heerlijk om in te verblijven. James en Alesandra zijn zeer prettige host en hostess. In een woord perfect.

Bella esperienza a Valdieri

Valdieri è un posto strategico per potere visitare comodamente le diverse valli adiacenti alla Val Gesso, inoltre Cuneo è facilmente raggiungibile come alternativa alle escursioni in montagna.La casa è molto tranquilla e accogliente e ci si sente subito a proprio agio.Alessandra e James sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e discreti.Per noi è stata una esperienza rigenerante e interessante perchè ci ha permesso di immergerci in una natura autentica e ricca anche di animali.Un caro saluto ad Alessandra e James.

Das Haus (rechts auf dem Foto) liegt sehr schön und ruhig mit Blick auf Dorf und Berge. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Holzofen ist gut zu befeuern (Holz ausreichend vorhanden), zu reinigen 😉 und genügte Ende September um das gesamte Haus zu heizen. Ein herzlicher Dank an Alessandra & James für ihre Gastfreundschaft, Wandertipps, aktuellen Infos zum Straßenzustand (on/offroad), schnelle Reaktion auf offene Wünsche (es gibt jetzt auch einen Toaster), die netten und interessanten Gespräche und die leckeren Äpfel aus eigenem Anbau 😊. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Beta-Fahrer

Un soggiorno incantevole

Ho trascorso le vacanze estive con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima casa, circondata da natura, montagne e tranquillità. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili e il paesino di Valdieri ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno lontano dal caos. Ein wunderbarer Platz für eine Auszeit

Hier haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Von hier aus kann man wunderschöne Wanderziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Es gibt hier so viel zu entdecken, wir werden wohl nochmal wiederkommen "müssen".

Klasse Ferienhaus

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Vermieter! Das ein Kamin da ist, ist super, denn abends kann es auch im September auf der Höhe von 780m schon kühl werden. Wir waren hier zum Motorradurlaub! Toller Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Seealpen und die schönen Täler des Piemont oder Städte wie Saluzzo (sehr sehenswert) oder Cuneo! Die Strassen sind allerdings teilweise sehr schlecht ; mit Strassenmotorrädern (Ducati Monster/Steetfighter) nicht immer so angenehm zu fahren. Trotzdem alles in allem super- jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Magnifico soggiorno!

La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e funzionale, curata nei dettagli e con tutto ciò che serve. Il giardino è ampio e il terrazzo comodissimo per cene estive sotto le stelle. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Anche James e Alessandra sono assolutamente favolosi! Sempre disponibili e con ottimi consigli su passeggiate e posti da visitare. Consigliatissimo!

Super Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Ideal für Motorfahrer, um die Klassiker LGKS und Maira-Stura anzusteuern. Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Abstellfläche für Auto, Motorräder und Anhänger ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Holzkohlegrill wurde von uns täglich benutzt. War ein toller Urlaub.---Die Endurofahrer aus Bielefeld

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Valdiesi am Hang mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht im Grünen am Waldrand. Wenn man die Ruhe genießen möchte ist man hier genau richtig. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es fußläufig alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht (Bäcker, Metzger, Lebenmittelladen und ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit einer hervorragenden Weinkarte). Unsere Vermieter Alessandra und James, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen, sind sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst nett, stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, aber nie aufdringlich. James kann sogar fast perfekt deutsch sprechen. Auf der Terasse konnte man Abends wunderbar mit den vorhandenen Grill grillen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben dort fantastische Endurotouren gemacht, wofür die Gegend optimal ist. Natürlich kann man dort auch hervorragende Wanderungen sogar direkt vom Haus aus durchführen. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Nochmals auf diesen Weg ein herzliches Dankeschön an Alessandra und James für die schöne Zeit von den drei Endurofahrern aus Hannover. Liebe Grüße von Peter, Lothar und Henning

Ma che bella la Val Gesso!

Volendo passare una settimana in Val Gesso ho scelto questa casa attirata dalle recensioni entusiastiche: ebbene, sono tutte meritate. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, munita di tutto il necessario, circondata dal verde e a due passi dal centro di Valdieri. Alessandra e James, che abitano nella casa accanto, sono simpatici e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

Superbe !

La maison est bien agencée et se situe au-dessus du village de Valdieri. Elle est très calme où seules s'entendent les cloches de l'Eglise. Valdieri est situé à quelques kilomètres des départs de randonnées les plus belles que nous ayons fait en famille dans le Parc Alpi Marittimi. Il n'est pas rare d'y croiser chamois, bouquetins, biches, marmottes et même renards ! Les ballades sont toutefois rudes, mais les paysages magnifiques et font vites oublier la fatigue... Et puis le soir prenez le temps d'un glace ou d'un Spritz sur la place du village. James et Alessandra sont des hôtes agréables et pourront vous donner des conseils sur la région. Bref, location superbe ! Nous recommandons !

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Lage, am Waldrand oberhalb des Dorfes, wunderbare Luft, sehr nette unaufdringliche Vermieter, Übergabe bei An- und Abreise hat problemlos geklappt. Für Bandscheibengeschädigte: Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen im 1. Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Bad/WC, die offene Küche mit 4-Platten-Gasherd (leider kein Backofen), ein Essbereich mit großem Tisch und 6 Stühlen, und ein Sofa. Wir waren zu viert und haben selber gekocht und hätten uns eine große Pfanne gewünscht. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch einrichten? Alles andere war vorhanden und wie in der Beschreibung. Die Umgebung gibt herrliche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Motorradfahren. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ferienhaus mit Bergsicht

Am Ortsrand von Valdieri direkt am Wald gelegen steht das Ferienhaus mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Dorf und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet Die Eigentümer wohnen nebenan in dem Haus sind sehr diskret, nett und hilfsbereit und geben praktische Ratschläge für Wanderungen.
