Mard Beach House – Beachfront Villa with Ocean Views in Siquijor
Welcome to Mard Beach House, a newly built beachfront villa located in the peaceful village of Minalulan, Maria, Siquijor. Set directly by the sea on a spacious, fenced property, this is your private retreat for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable sunsets. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a nature-filled experience with modern comfort.
### The Home
The house offers three spacious bedrooms:
- One with a king-size bed
- One with a queen-size bed
- One with two single beds
All beds are extra-long (2 meters) for added comfort.
The fresh and modern bathroom includes a shower, bidet toilet, large mirror, and a laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island, stove, oven, range hood, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and a large fridge and freezer.
The living room features seating for six, a Smart TV, and an additional Smart TV in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house is equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi via Starlink, and inverter air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen for quiet, energy-efficient cooling.

We’re a family of five living in Sweden, but our hearts are rooted in Minalulan, where Feliciano was born. We built our beach house out of love for Siquijor’s peace, beauty, and authenticity—and to share it with others seeking the same. Our son uses a wheelchair, and creating a space where he and others with mobility needs can enjoy a beachfront escape was essential to us. Inclusion, serenity, and the spirit of Minalulan are woven into every detail of our home.
