We are Matt and Caitlin, lovers of all things North Fork! Some of our favorite things to do are lounging by the pool with our kids, fun beach days with our large extended family and exploring all the amazing things the area has to offer. We love hosting and we can’t wait for you to visit!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! After spending many years out on the North Fork trying to find the “perfect” home we were lucky enough to come across this property in this sought after neighborhood. This area of Southold could not be any more perfect for an east end trip. Five minute drive to some of the best wineries, breweries and restaurants on the North Fork, and a five minute walk to a private community beach. Super easy commute to explore all the amazing things around us, but also feels secluded enough to fully unplug!

What makes this property unique

We spent the past few years pulling from our backgrounds in construction, interior design and property management to curate the space into what it is today. We love it, you will too!
