NOISE
Please observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am. Amplified outdoor sound is not allowed at all times.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

SAFETY NOTICE
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

POOL HEATING
The pool is open seasonally and can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please contact the Concierge Team to arrange this before your stay.

The pool takes some time to heat. If it's not already heated prior to your arrival, it will take a couple of more hours. The maximum temperature is 84°.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please read up on the Wander Rules page for more information on our pet policies.
