If AC is found on after check out you are liable for additional electricity charges.
Please remove all trash. Chute is located by the stairs by the elevator on the 7-8 floor. Please leave used towels by the washer in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed. Complaints of unruly behavior or reports of any parties/events will result in asked to leave without a refund.
*No smoking or vaping inside. A $100 USD fine will be imposed if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping on the premises. Limit noise 10pm to 7am.
