Stay Safe! we are following CDC’s cleaning guidelines before and after each rental. Welcome to this brand New 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Home situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion

Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing 4,800 sq ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park.

Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home.

On 1st floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front door way), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our home can accommodate up to 24 people in beds! If that's not enough, we can arrange multiple homes side by side.

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit.

You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home.

The state of art 16,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with exciting water slides – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite restaurant & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with children's activity center if you need to pick up something quickly.

Great Location Near Clubhouse

Overall, we had a very good stay. There were a few issues with broken dining room chairs and a lounger, but the property management company took care of issues promptly. The location within a 5 minute walk of the clubhouse could not be beat. Very solid option for a large group vacation.

Great house for large group

Good space and plenty of room for everyone. House was clean and good array of pots/pans for cooking. Close to Disney parks and private pool was a welcome part of each night.

Best Family Vacation Ever in with a Beautiful Home to stay in!

We arrived to your beautiful home and we loved it! It was gorgeous! Everyone enjoyed the pool and the Club and the water park. The entire neighborhood was beautiful. Shawn, Thank you for all your help. This was a dream of mine since I was a child and it never happen. To do this with my family was very Special. So, you helped too with giving us a safe place in a home away from home making wonderful memories that will last forever.❤️

Last Minute Vacay

Our Family Trip to Cancun was cancelled because of Hurricane Beryl. Overall, we did not regret our quick change of plans to Orlando. We were happy to find an available VRBO to accomodate our family last minute. When checking in, we interrupted the concierge on lunch break and we were not greeted in a friendly manner. Our door entry code didnt work because a number was burned out on the keypad. The house is nice, but backs to a busy, loud street. We had no hot water for the first 2 days in half the house...including kitchen and most bedrooms. Of course, the kids loved the pool and waterpark. It was wonderful to have a safety gate put up for the kids around the pool! It was also great to have pack n plays, highchairs and strollers available. Pleased that it was so kid friendly! Six lounge chairs were pictured in the home description, however there were only 4 for a house that accomodates 24. We did receive 2 more the next day. The large tables indoor and outdoor were great! It was a rough start, but we had great response to our requests. Just wish we didnt have to ask for things that were expected...

Great Family Reunion Location!!

We had a family reunion here with 21 adults and 3 babies/toddlers. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the upstairs bedrooms were when people were still up and partying at night downstairs, thus our little ones could sleep with no problem. It was a beautiful home and we loved having a bathroom to every bedroom. The pool was big enough for our needs and we could easily walk to the water park if we wanted more in the way of water entertainment. We were very pleased that they included the alarm if the back door to the pool was opened. This gave us great peace of mind since the pool itself was not fenced in. It would have been nice to have at least some "noodles" to use in the pool. The property management responded very quickly to our issues - it took a couple of days to get the hot tub working and our ice machine was having problems. Everything was very clean and otherwise in good working order. Our only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't better stocked to cook for 24. We cook all of our meals at the house to save money and there simply weren't enough big pots and pans to do this. We ended up purchasing a number of disposable aluminum pans which worked. There wasn't even a can opener or measuring spoons in the kitchen and only 4 dish towels. So that was a bit of a disappointment. But a minor complaint compared to everything that was so great about the location and the property. Loved the big tables so we could all sit down together for meals. And having two washers, two dryers, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators was heaven. This is our fifth family reunion and we all agreed that this was one of the best homes for our needs. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. We did not go to any of the theme parks but know that they were very close and easy to get to.

Wonderful place for our group of 21

There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while hanging out together for meals and games. We enjoyed the private pool and the amenities at the resort as well.

Quick turnaround

I originally rented another property which I was told on day of arriving that the house was sold. Came across this property on Thursday April 7th and was able to check in that same day. Owner was prompt and friendly causing me and my two sister to have an amazing bday weekend. Thank you!

The neighborhood was really nice the house was beautiful we liked that we had our own private pool on the premises, there was a water park that we enjoyed the only downfall some of the tvs were not working we called and no one was sent to fix them but overall it was a good place to stay

Family vacation 2021

The Check-in process was not explained and was different for each of us upon arriving. The door code did not work when we arrived however, they did fix it after coming out two days in a row to look at it. The ac upstairs went out but was quickly fixed when we called Jeeves(management company) There is not enough cookware, the knives were so dull that we purchased our own to use during our stay. Be prepared to have money for tolls anywhere you go. We did enjoy the house and pool! There was plenty of room for our group of sixteen.

Overall, nice, spacious house...some shortcomings...

House just as described. We had an extended family of kids, parents, and grandparents (22 ppl) for the 10 rooms. Good- 10 spacious rooms, each w/ own full bathroom, pool, nice resort pool areas, Fooz ball, location near Disney. Needs Improvement- - needs more than 1 small toilet paper per room. We stayed for 4 days and ran out by end of 2nd day. - sliding door to pool CANNOT LOCK - No hotwater in the 2nd floor room w/ 2 twin beds for entire stay from 7/5 to 7/9 - Broken bunk beds - Broken chair in living/dining room - Cannot use any TV bc weird cable system had No instructions anywhere. - Broken handrails for stairs. - House not cleaned thoroughly. Some gum on floor upstairs. Hair bonnet box in one of rooms. Previous guest belongings still in house, dog toys, etc. - No hotwater for whole house for 1st day. - Water has weird, funky, methane kinda smell.

We had some Issues but the place is nice.

The place was nice but we had some Issues. The front door knob was coming off. Some of the main lights in the kitchen was out. The breaker box switch for some upstairs lights keep flipping to off. There was Not enough wash clothes nor towels. There was Not enough big pots. Suggest that twin beds be upgraded to queen beds. We had a issue that all Televisions could NOT play and kept getting error message like “too many devices on, do you want to interrupt another TV”. The garage door would not open via wall switch and had to open manually to get out. The house is beautiful and accommodated our group of 24 comfortably.

Annual Family Trip

I had two properties as there was a total of 38 family members. The properties were beautiful and spacious. My family and I had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water park. There were some hiccups along the way, but we managed to get thru them. Overall, we enjoyed our family time together and would recommend this property to anyone with a big family.

Great week in sunny Florida!

This rental property was perfect for ourselves, our 5 children and their spouses and our 12 grandchildren! We made good use of the house pool and hot tub as well as the clubhouse water park! The few issues we had were quickly resolved by the on-site management company. The weather was perfect! Thank You, Shawn, for the use of your wonderful home!

Nice vacation spot

The hot tub temperature was not heating up properly. We had to call Jeeves, property manager, to get it corrected on a daily basis. Overall it was nice and our group of 17 was happy. Bring your change for the toll roads if you plan on driving around.

Fabulous family vacation!

Three generations stayed here. The youngest of us lived in the pool. All ages enjoyed the waterpark. Easy to get to Disney. Would recommend one larger pot and a couple of larger bowls. Everything was in perfect condition with the exception of one high chair and one dining chair but we only needed one! Staff at club were super friendly and having the pool heated was totally worth it!
