Property was exceptionaly clean and worked well to fit our large group. Property is up for sale which surprised us and made us think we may have been at the wrong location. Living room couch is very warn using plywood under cushions to prevent sagging. This was fine but at first we though we may have caused damage. Communication with the host was easy and timely.

We needed a place to stay one night before heading out for a cruise. Great info/directions before checking in. The home was in ok shape. The couches were a little warn. And a few areas that could use a deep clean. Overall our stay was good.

The place was fine for what we needed, a one night stay for our family of 6 before a cruise.Unfortunately, all of the bedrooms are upstairs and there is really only 1 true shower. The bathroom upstairs has a tub with a handheld sprayer. You have to be careful not to wet the floor.We did see a water bug on the stove that we had to kill. Thankfully, we didn’t see any more after that.

Pro's....AC was fine, house was nice, very clean and our bed was comfy. It was nice that there was just a small list of things to do for the checkout. Location was good and felt safe. Con's... Parking... Couldn't park in driveway, due to the area not being wide enough so we had to park on the street and one of the bathrooms has a bathtub instead of standup shower option. Overall, loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Listed as “Lavish”. Haha. House was for sale with signs in yard in a “sketchy” area. The driveway was SO NARROW you had to park on the street. There was NO YARD at all, just place for garbage cans. The sofa was old and broken and very uncomfortable. If I had known all these things we would have rented a beach house instead. At 1400 it was NOT a bargain.
