The private hot tub will help soak your remaining cares away at the end of long days as you sip on a refreshing cocktail. When you’re ready to head out beyond the home, the nearby towns of Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend are all within just a quick drive, each offering their own unique options for shopping, dining, outdoor adventure, and energetic nightlife. Of course, you can’t pass up the opportunity to take a leisurely or athletic hike through the Great Smoky Mountains via one of several trailheads just a short distance from the home.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is not allowed at the property. There is a lot nearby for this purpose.

• If you are bringing a boat or trailer please contact us before your arrival.

• Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs allowed, 30 lbs. max each.



This home is located just off the shores of Douglas Lake. Although this lakeside setting is secluded in nature, the heart of Sevierville is just over 20 minutes away. Jointly owned by Sevier County legend Dolly Parton, the theme park is a quick 30-minute drive away.
