Ashley’s favorite parts of the greater Wenatchee Valley are the beauty in nature, the sense of community, all the outdoor recreation, 4 beautiful seasons here and that there’s 300+ days of sunshine!

Why they chose this property

I love this location, it really feels like a throwback to the 90’s. I know all the kids in the neighborhood because they all play outside in the street and ride their bikes. It’s so safe and so fun! I knew I wanted to raise my son in this community. I still reside in Rock Island, so if any guests need anything, I will try to accommodate! The lakes are really cool, great fishing within walking distance!

What makes this property unique

There’s no neighboring home behind the fence, so you get a great view of the mountains and sunsets definitely do not disappoint!
