NOTE: This condo is undergoing a full renovation to be complete by March 2024. All new floors, furniture, bathrooms (walk in shower), appliances, doors, etc. It will have a beach cottage feel with bright white paint and decor. This is a MAJOR upgrade on this unit and therefore it will look considerably different when you arrive.

Edgewater is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach located on the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful sugary sand beaches and emerald blue waters. It is a gated resort with a controlled access and 24 hour security. The 110 acre resort features unsurpassed amenities including 11 swimming pools (including a 11,400 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants), whirlpools, on-site golf course, fitness center, 11 tennis courts, basketball courts, and restaurants. There is also a Kidz Klub which features daily activities for children including, golf lessons, tennis lessons, arts and crafts and much more. Enjoy the gulf breezes as you dine on the deck of Ocean’s Bar and Grill or you could enjoy their take out on your own balcony with spectacular views of the gulf.

This 3BR, 3BA, 1575 sq foot condo is freshly painted, new furniture and upgraded appliances, cabinets, and granite in the kitchen and all bathrooms. It is furnished with 2 king bedrooms, two bunks (one twin over double), and a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa. It can comfortably sleep 9-10 people and everyone can enjoy their own large flat-screen TVs in each bedroom along with free WiFi (so bring along that XBOX).
There’s plenty of room for all to eat as well. The dining room table seats 8 along with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. There are also a couple of chairs on the balcony and a table there if you choose to eat outside.

The living room area includes a comfortable full-sized sofa and loveseat along with a leather ottoman so you can stretch out and enjoy 54 inches of high-definition television.

The master bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Gulf and a sliding door leading to the balcony. This unit is angled so that the master faces west and you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your bed or the master bedroom reading chair. The master suite has a large walk in closet, double vanities, and a Jacuzzi tub if you’d like a whirlpool bath in the privacy of your own unit.

You are going to love your stay here. The 5th floor unit is just high enough that you can sip your coffee and watch the dolphins cruise the shore in the mornings while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. You get the full sights and sounds of being at the beach.

Edgewater Registration: Guests will be required to register with the Edgewater Guest Registration system prior to their arrival. The registration fee provides parking and resort amenities. The cost of this registration will be the responsibility of the Guest and is $50 for 1 car, $30 for 2nd, and $50 for the 3rd.

Must be 25 to rent at Edgewater. Absolutely no pets or smoking.
