Orlando Stay

Our stay was pleasant, just a couple pieces of feedback. The listing does indicate that you will need to purchase things like toilet paper, garbage bags, etc, but we didn’t realize that some other things would be a little scarce. There was only one hand towel in the kitchen, and only one hotel-style bath towel per person. This wasn’t a huge deal, but for those that may need to lay down a towel to give kids a bath or use one to wrap up your hair, you may want to plan accordingly. The TV remotes are well-used and some of the buttons didn’t work properly - again, not a deal breaker, just a little feedback. Overall, a pleasant stay - the pool was great, love that you can bring down your own food and water. We would stay again!

The place was in a super location! Super close to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal.The condo was clean, loved the separate bedrooms and 2 baths for our family.The parking was also easy/convenient!The only negatives were that the complex was super large making it VERY difficult to find our condo location when we arrived at 11pm at night/in the dark. There was no one to ask for directions and gate access/info was buried in an old email that was difficult to find by name.The check-in requirements were also extreme compared to other rentals. This VRBO was managed through a company, not an owner so much more stringent and communication was not as prompt.Overall, I’d still stay here again, if needed.

Unit was very nice, the only issue we had was the front door code lock did NOT work very well. It usually took multiple tries to open with code. Several times it took 15 attempts before it worked. Called mgmnt, left a message, but no one ever responded

Just ok

We arrived at the unit and it smelled like curry and Indian spice. We had no beach towels, and no iron or ironing board. I emailed and never heard back. The pool is just ok. Always SO CROWDED. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Did a 3 night stay here. The unit is very clean. No washcloths, 1/2 a roll of paper towels. Be sure to bring all your extras; shampoo, body wash, etc. supplies 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Dishwasher soap for one use. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub open, the tennis/basketball court and playground were closed. Publix grocery store about 3 miles away, Walgreens within walking distance. Would stay again, but we need to be better prepared.

This unit is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient to the parks! Pool is amazing as well as the jacuzzi. Beautiful grounds and the staff is very friendly. Debora of Intelli Vacations is very accommodating and professional. This is our second time staying at Vista Cay and we will definitely come back!!
