Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* TOWELS & BED LINENS: Remove all used towels and bed linens (fitted/flat-sheets, pillow cases) and place them in a pile on the first floor. DO NOT remove the zipper pillow protectors/mattress pads
* DISHES: Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle
* FOOD: Remove all food from refrigerator/pantry/cabinets
* TRASH: Empty all rooms into a large trash bag, tie and put them in the bins outside and roll it to the street
* SECURITY: Ensure all the doors/windows on all the levels are closed and locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
