Fully air conditioned and heated, Carolyn has a loft area with a queen size bed and a full size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator. The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa. There is a hall closet with extra linens, pillows and room for hanging clothes.

In the loft there is a cozy queen size bed and a full size bed. The living room boasts a smart TV and a full size sofa bed. There is a small dining area, the kitchenette has a microwave and mini fridge with freezer and a set of dishes, glasses and silverware. There is a full-size coffee maker with all the fixings for a great cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom has a full shower and hair dryer. Extra linens are in the hall closet.

Love this place!

Visited for UTA/Tarleton baseball series- this was a convenient location and far more reasonable than the local hotels! Super clean, provided coffee and creamer, the build out was wonderful- AC worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Fun experience!
