Welcome to this Year-round Lodge in Luzerne, perfect for large families, reunions, and gatherings that sleeps 10 to 12. Featuring an open living room that seats 17, An eat in kitchen and separate dining. The back portion of the property adjoins federal property, which provides a two track access to ORV trails located in downtown Luzerne. Bring your toys or rent some within minutes away. Fishing, boating, and Rec vehicles. Large open Loft upstairs with two double beds, futon couch, and smart TV great for kids’ own space. Also, right next-door is full 30 amp trailer hook up for more guests/family. (separate reservation required) Perfect outdoor gathering area with fire pit. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.

Great stay!

Owners of property were great! The listing was accurate. Very clean, comfortable and all amenities we could have needed. Quiet area and the men enjoyed riding their ATVs and bike. Would rent from again.

Great little place and price was great the only complaint is there was not enough towels or wash cloths for a house for 10-12 people, we did wash what we had but dryer didnt not work well. I noticed floors toilet and shower were dirty upon arrival ( I found someone elses kid sock by the couch that was not with my group) that means the carpets were not vacuumed from the last renters, the counters had sugar on them and were sticky, the only small garbage can we had already had garbage in it so we were forced to stack garbage up outside the house. Overall cute house close to au sable and trails

Hosts were great and it had pretty much anything you needed. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place with great hosts.
