Great Vacation

The property quiet, clean and very nice! We really enjoyed having access to the water and how quiet the neighborhood is. Great place for a relaxing getaway! We had a great time relaxing as a family, we will stay here again!!

We had a great time this weekend! My youngest son caught so many fish! And such a variety of fish! Great place right by the water. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. They do have TV’s in each room and living room but we never turned them on. A very quiet and calm neighborhood. A great time with my brother and my sons. We will definitely be back. -Gomez Boys

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised! Our son loved fishing. Catching trout and redfish. We also caught a giant black drum as well. View was great and neighborhood was quit and friendly. The house was clean and comfortable. Larry the host was always quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Communication with the owner was very pleasant. The house was very clean and modern. The green fishing lights right by the house made it easy to catch fish. A great location for kayak fishing esp at night in the neighboring canals.You could not ask for a better location over the water to watch the sunrise while on the balcony with a cup of coffee. We will definitely book this property again

Not a bad stay

Was not aware that it was a 2nd story only house as i am kn crutches right now after surgery. So getting up and down was quite time consuming. But the house itself was nice and kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the back. Caught some decent size catfish and reds.Overall was a good stay. Nice and quiet.peaceful

Home away from home

This place was amazing. We had the upstairs part of the house and it had all the supplies you needed to stay for cooking, cleaning, bath, even a few life jackets etc. They even had a nice welcome basket of goodies for our kids and a fresh cleaning basket for dishes and such. We definitely want to come back here. It was perfect for my husband to fish and me and the girls could sleep in a little longer without going anywhere. When we were ready to head down stairs it was always awesome to see everything he caught! We could relax downstairs in the nice chairs and bbq too. We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful house. We will definitely be coming back!

The fish on the underwater light, blue crab in the crab traps, kayaking, golf cart parades, boat parades, and the neighborhood amenities make for an enjoyable coastal life style.

What makes this property unique

The spectacular sunsets and view from the deck as well as the vast number of coastal birds and the occasional dolphins that frequent the canal. Kayak fishing and the abundance of game fish. Easy access to public bay waterfowl hunting.
