 Village located in closed condominium (condo Water), within the Allotment of Guarajuba, 600 meters from the beach. It is also 14km from Praia do Forte. Situated 200 meters complex of restaurants and bars of Guarajuba and 500 meters from the main square. 70 KM away from the center of Salvador and 40 km from the airport.
The village contains 03 suites, living room, balcony, kitchen, service area, bathroom, garage 01 - Total East. It is within the Condominium Villa Prates and has a swimming pool with waterfall, gardens, barbecue, security gatehouse, individualized water and individual gas.
The suites have splits and cupboards in MDF. The kitchen also has cupboards MDF. Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

Vanessa (proprietária) e sr. Sivaldo (caseiro) super atenciosos e sempre dando suporte. Adorei a atenção que nos deram. O imóvel é super confortável, tem os utensílios necessários para quem quer cozinhar tb e tem máquina de lavar que ajuda muito...rs... Ele não é pé na areia mas dá pra ir para a praia andando, apreciando a paisagem. Mas é bem perto de dois supermercados (atacadistas) e lanchonetes. Enfim, só tenho elogios, condomínio super organizado, anfitriã atenciosa e caseiro prestativo. Voltarei com certeza.

Confortável e a anfitriã agradável

Réveillon por ser uma data muito procurada em Guarajuba, a anfitriã foi bem compreensiva em aceitar fazer um acordo com a quantidade de dias e a antecedência em fechar o pacote. As regras de horário para fazer o churrasco que devem ser mais flexíveis. O evento só pode acontecer no período de três horas.

Dias felizes com a família ...

Falando do apartamento foi tudo dentro do esperado. Os quartos superiores são excelentes e o do andar térreo completa as acomodações. Os utensílios de cozinha atendem bem para o café da manhã. Não usamos a cozinha para refeições, preferimos dar férias à nós todos. O Vilage é localizado em um lugar bacana no condomínio, o acesso é rápido e fácil. Vale ressaltar a necessidade de um carro para os deslocamentos pois ali tudo é um "perto longe" perto para ir de carro mas longe para ir à pé. Com criança e idoso preferimos o carro. Guarajuba mais uma vez surpreendente ... Frio em todo o país e em Guarajuba ...praia. Murissocas tem em todo lugar e ali não seria diferente. Nada que uma raquete e um baygon não resolvam. No Vilage a área da churrasqueira é bem convidativa . Aproveitamos uma noite lá. A piscina fica sempre limpa mas não chegamos usar. No mais, estamos prontos para voltar neste paraíso que é o litoral baiano e agradecemos muito a hospitalidade do Sr Vivaldo e do pronto atendimento da Sra Vanessa, sempre muito cordial, prestativa e preocupada com os hóspedes.
