Everything you need in a quaint but modern space. Roku TV with YouTube TV streaming subscription included, brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Also, washer and dryer available. Apartment includes; living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath, and a walk in closet. Also has a private deck on the back overlooking a pasture. Very secluded 7 acres with private gate in a quiet area. Country living but only minutes from town. Convenient location for; Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Farley Nuclear Plant, Michelin, and Dothan Airport. The apartment is detached from the main house providing you with privacy. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis for a one time fee of $10 per pet payable upon arrival.

This is a sweet little cottage on a family farm. The area is quiet but not too far from town. The bed was nice and comfortable and bedroom a nice size. The kitchen/living space is a bit tight, so it's a good spot for a single or couple rather than a family. The donkeys out in the back are cute and fun to watch.

I am an older, stay-at-home, very busy mum. Besides school related activities I am busy looking after our many (rescued) animals; 4 dogs, 4 cats, 6 goats, 5 miniature donkeys, a horse and a mule. I have moved around a lot as my husband is a retired army officer and I am English by birth. I still love to travel when time permits only now its mostly closer to home. I have three children. My oldest is an ER nurse and no longer at home, a 18 year old son and a 12 year old daughter. As a family we love to stay active and involved in our community and attend most of our local events. You'd be surprised at all the fun activities the little town of Dothan puts on.
I feel I am a very open-minded person and I have brought my children up likewise. If you are different (or not) you will fit in very well here.

Our property is unique in that it is a green space that creates a park like atmosphere, just minutes from town. It is very secluded and private.
