Our Happy Place in the Heart of Branson

Summary:

Welcome to Our Happy Place in Branson, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.



The Space:

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights comfy seating, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. There is counter seating at the extended counter. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6.



The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 4 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



On the 1st floor:



- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.

There is also a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



On the 2nd floor:



- Bedroom #4 offers a King bed. A shared bathroom is on this floor with a shower/tub combo.

The 2nd floor also features a second living space with ample seating and a Smart TV.

Upstairs family room has full over full bunkbed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a walk-up unit.

- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use.

- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.

- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Perfect Mini Vacation

Our summer vacation

We have been staying with vrbo for 10 plus yesrs. This was by far the nicest our family has stayed at. It more than met our needs. There was plenty of space for our three adult children that stayed with us, and the view was breath taking. The host was amazing and provided more than we could have asked for.

Great location and great views!

The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee to start our day. The location is convenient to Branson attractions yet offered a quiet country vibe. We will definitely stay again.

Great place and location. Very clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. We would definitely stay here again. Side note: located on 2nd floor -with a third floor- living area, bedroom & bathroom. 2 of the 3 bathrooms do have bathtubs (even though the listing doesn’t say that).

Very nice property , everything was just as shown on website. Very clean , well stocked kitchen , bath towels etc , just a note to individuals with physical disabilities this condo is up a long flight of stairs.

Wonderful rental

This was our second time staying at this particular property. It is very clean, fully stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels to use. It was a quick weekend for our family of 8 adults (2 parents and 6 young adults). The sleeping arrangements were spot on and the 3 bathrooms were very convient. This rental is located within minutes of everything you could possibly need or want to do. We did like the large table for playing games in the evening.

Great floor plan and view

We had a wonderful time visiting Branson, MO and considered this home base for the week. This was an awesome floor plan with a private section upstairs that included a sitting room, game table, bedroom with a bunk bed and a full bathroom. Loved watching the fireflies at night in the balcony. The view is wonderful!!

This was a beautiful unit. Very clean and modern fixtures. Plenty of kitchenware and bathroom supplies. Beautiful view of the Ozark hills. Host contacted me prior to check in and followed up during stay to ensure all expectations were met. 10/10 stay.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed the property and plan to go back. Plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The downstairs living room furniture isn't the most comfortable, but the upstairs living area was. It was great to have options. We had to leave a day early and were hopeful to get a little something back, but didn't. Regardless, we will be back in the future.

Beautiful property, plenty of room for 6 adults

We had a sisters weekend with our husbands. We were impressed with our stay at this property. Provided plenty of room for all of us. Only complaint, we had a small passenger vehicle for our group, multiple times we came in after 930 pm, NOT a Single spot to park in the entire area (we had one person with a disability). Surprised they do not provide at minimum one designated spot for each condominium.
