Welcome to Foothills Tranquility, a well-maintained home with a superb location to access Branson’s best attractions. The space is ideal for a mid-size family or group who is looking for convenience and on-site amenities to enjoy between activities.



The Space:

The living space highlights a large sofa with recliner, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The covered balcony offers a dining set and overlooks the community pool. Perfect for watching over the family as they splash around.



Steps away, a kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up signature dishes from home. Additional appliances and cookware are also available for your convenience. The extended counter offers stool seating, and you can enjoy formal meals together at the dining table for 6.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms, each furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1 highlights a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo and is accessible from the living area as a guest bath.



Bedroom #2 is equipped with 2 Full beds, TV, a private en-suite, and access to the outside balcony. The shared en-suite features a jetted shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

-This is a Walk-up unit with 17 steps required to the door and no elevator access

Excellent location that had plenty of room for our family. We found it quiet and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We made several meals while we were there. Only things we noticed was the floors needed vacuuming, tongs in the kitchen were broken and the reclining chairs on the couch didn’t work properly.

Nice stay just short drive from the main Branson attractions

Nice condo unit on 2nd floor of building. Quiet location just minutes from the main Branson attractions. This place has the basic needs of a kitchen, two bedroom, two bath, living room, and a little patio overlooking to pool.

The location of this condo is perfect. The layout is very nice. The area rug is a tripping hazard because the end is curling up. It needs to be replaced. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. Just a couple of minor things.

Terrific location. Everything was as advertised. The sauna, indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for the boys. The kitchen and living areas spacious and just right for nights in. Tech all worked great. Bring hand soap, one suggestion would be to add an ice cream scoop to the drawer
