You’ll find yourself excited to begin and end each day on the home’s spacious, shaded patio outfitted with propane fire pit, soaking in the panoramic vistas and fresh lake air while you sip your morning coffee or a refreshing cocktail.



The home’s open concept interior perfectly balances contemporary design with rustic-chic furnishings and décor, creating spaces that promote both connectivity and relaxation. Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a main-level, walk-in unit. (No steps required)

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
