Frederick Lee Waterfront Lakehouse

The Frederick Lee Lakehouse was built as our family vacation home on Priest Lake in 2012. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Coolin.
It offers 3 levels, featuring 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This home can easily accommodate 2 families. MAX 11 people.
Enjoy the use of a custom kitchen with a separate beverage center, a large under-counter ice maker and an additional full size fridge.
You will notice high-end custom finishes throughout the house.
There is a downstairs entertainment/games room which makes it easy to entertain.
Best of all, enjoy the spacious west facing deck for dining and watching the amazing Priest Lake sunsets.
This lakefront home is situated on a banked waterfront, which offers a large dock for lounging and water play and a new Sunstream hydraulic boat lift.
For smaller children, there is a small sandy beach and a nice shallow swim area to play around in.
* Stairs and high rock walls may not be suitable for toddlers.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family for over 30 years. Our dream started out small in 2004 with the build of a garage and livable loft space above (not available for rent).
Years later we built the Frederick Lee Lakehouse to accommodate our growing families. Here we are many years later with a fantastic lake home to share with friends and family. Each and every year our growing kids are so excited to spend their summer vacations here. We are so fortunate to be able to enjoy and share our home on one of the most beautiful lakes in the area.

What makes this property unique

What our family loves most about our lake home is the location! Staying here you have a west facing lakefront home perfect for viewing breathtaking sunsets. This home is located close to amenities but still a very private and quiet retreat.
