Colonial Country Club is a 750 acre golf community. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon G. Lewis. This Gardenia model rental is a short walk to two pools and pickleball. Colonial Country Club is an active adult's dream offering pay as you go golf, pickleball, tennis, and bocce. Numerous social events throughout the year provide music, dance, fun & games, happy hour, dining and more!

The unit built in 2003 offers 1116 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, covered parking, 1st floor unit, internet access and SW facing lanai view. Washer/Dryer off kitchen. Full eat-in kitchen seats 2, 2 seat breakfast bar, and 4 dining area seats w/table.

Primary bedroom has a King bed and primary full bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Guess bath located adjacent to the guest bedroom with tub/shower.

Covered parking and guest parking. Local attractions include Jet Blue Park at Fenway South, Legends Golf, Topgolf, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers FL Airport (RSW-Southwest FL Intl.)

**Green fees, cart fees, and dining/beverage costs are not included. All guests must call pro shop or club house for fees. STATE TOURIST TAX will be applied for rental agreements. Looking for a renter from mid Jan-April. Will consider a 30 day renter depending on the dates
