The instructions to get into the place were slightly confusing, but I messaged the host and he was very quick to reply and help us easily get in. The place was warm and cozy and conveniently located. Would recommend it to anyone!

Good location and nice place to stay for fall leaf-peeping in the area. The property does include a number of stairs, both into the property and to all the bedrooms, which was fine for our group but could be a consideration if there are mobility issues among those you're staying with. Really appreciated the prompt communication from the host -- highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful getaway with 6 family members (including my 96 y/o Father-in-Law) and our 2 puppies. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby. Thanks Patricio for sharing your wonderful property with us!
