The views were spectacular! It is exactly as advertised. Communication was on point. The only problem i had was the parking. It is a good distance and dark in the garage with no elevators. Everything else was exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Host was super accommodating and having garage parking was fabulous. Really had everything we needed there in the unit and loved waking up to see the ocean right out our window. Stunning views. Great communication.

Beautiful condo with balcony overlooking the beach on 11th floor. Spectacular views, sunrises from the balcony. The host thought if everything one might need for a true beach vacation including beachchairs,umbrelas,coolers, beach mats. Plenty of towels, sunscreen, zipper bags for taking things to the beach, snorkeling gear and even binoculars. There were shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers on the shower wall. Large Britta filter and plenty of ice and some blue ice packs. It made for a stress free vacation. All we needed was some groceries. Communication was great.

Beautiful oceanfront view from room. Beach was great! Miles of sand. Stayed first week of May 2026 and no crowd at all on beach. No air conditioning in main room but AC in bedrooms worked perfectly. Clean and all amenities. Loved all the available beach accessories available for use. Host was exceptional in communication!

The view was beautiful, the condo was clean, a bit of a bump with check in-the process could be explained in a little better detail. The condo had everything needed. If staying for a while, bring cash and detergent for the laundry, none in the condo. It had everything else needed! The condo does need a couple updates like blinds and a new fan in the bathroom. Overall cute place.

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Yes it only has one bathroom but we made it work. The kitchen was good for cooking things. Getting up into the apartment is some what confusing, as there are two towers. The easiest way we found was to park the car and walk back to the gate and walk up the ramp then enter the doors there and the elevator for our tower was right to the right. Loved all the beach supplies they had there! Also loved the drying rack. Make sure you hold onto the light in the bathroom, when it turns on it starts rocking and making a noise. The beach was beautiful and had hardly any people on it. We got to see sea turtles hatch at night and even collected some sand dollars! Definitely recommend staying here, Monica always answered promptly and was super helpful.

Luquillo Adventure

The views from the balcony and tranquility you get is amazing! The locatuon is great for walking the beach and locally owned restaurants! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again. The owner took very good care of us!

Amazing stay

We just spent an amazing week in Puerto Rico. First time visitors and the stay and VRBO property could not have been better. The property manager was amazing with communication and very helpful with suggestions. The property was exactly as listed and wonderful in every way. Can't wait to return.

Relaxing Getaway

Nice condo with an amazing view! Enjoyed this area of PR. The nearby restaurants were very good with friendly staff. Definitely would come back to this area again. Plenty activites to do and places to see.

family getaway

we enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico - location was key but you do need a car. Building is a bit worn down but the apt was just right for the 4 of us.
