Karyn, Thank You for staying with us. It was a great pleasure to host you. I am not sure what the system did that the Overall rating says 4 although I rated 5/5. I will check with VRBO to correct this. Please come back again. Thank You, ThePrattVillas

The stay was great beds were very comfortable. There were a couple things we didn’t like. I wish we knew the cleaning fee was over 200 prior to renting and it was 2 sets of stairs to access the bedrooms. There were ants on the sofa and a large amount of crumbs and food in the couch cushions.

Great stay, great communication

New property, everything brand new. (SO new that many of the boxes still in the garage from only recently having been opened!!). We asked about a port-a-crib and they purchased one in advance of our stay for our convenience. When we cam to check in I didn't realize I was pressing the wrong keypad to get in and had trouble so called, and they answered immediately, told me what I was doing wrong and got us right in.

New house and fairly clean. There was mold on the shower liner. Good queen size beds through house the house. However, no night stands in the two rooms makes it hard to put a clock or phone. Garage is full of boxes and we couldn’t use it. Otherwise would have given it 5 stars.

Just for an information, we don’t allow cars inside the garage for safety reasons and it’s for our storage purpose only. We would like to see you back again! Thank You, ThePrattVillas
