Wonderful Stay

This home has it all. It's spacious, well equipped, and the location is perfect. Only a minute walk to Clark's Market, and a 5 minute walk to town. We will be back

We had a great stay despite the ski patrol being on strike. The property manager was responsive and very helpful with all our questions. I do have a few suggestions. The water temperature was difficult to control in the shower of the first floor king bedroom. The hot water was intermittent and the knobs need to be replaced because they get in the way of each other making it difficult to address the temperature changes. . There aren’t enough mirrors, trash cans or drinking glasses.

Great place for film festival

We were in Telluride for the film festival. We loved this property. it had plenty of room for us all and the kitchen/living room area were perfect for group gatherings, meals and film discussions. We loved being so close to the market (Clark's) and our favorite bar There and across the street from 2 of the movie theaters. We would stay here again.

Great for a family or group

This big, beautiful, and clean home is on the quiet end of Telluride. But it is convenient to where the action is, be it the grocery right next store, bars/restaurants, the gondola, and several hiking paths. Most places are easily within walking distance. Or you can enjoy the space and watch a movie, cook a nice meal, read a book or play games. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing place to stay for a ski vacation to Telluride!

The property exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious and had plenty of room for our group! The communications with the hosts were top notch. They allowed us to use the parking far before checking in so we could ski and just walk back for our stay. The location was only 5-10mins from the nearest lift with flat elevation which coming from a skier is a huge bonus. Also, for post skiing, we thoroughly enjoyed being in the town of Telluride to explore all the restaurants and bars just a short walking distance away! Last tidbit, the property was just one street over from the grocery store which was super convenient not having to move vehicles during our entire stay.

Great location and nice layout.

The location is very nice. It is next door to a grocery store and a short few blocks walk to downtown and the gondola. Four bathrooms were a luxury and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were a few things that need attention such as outlets that don't work and a window that wouldn't close. These have been brought to the attention of the rental company.

Fantastic location that provided easy access to everything Telluride offers.

The only recommendation we suggest to the owner is that shower fixtures in the 2 master bathrooms should be repaired/replaced. Only half the water directs to the shower head, resulting in a low water pressure shower.

Neighbors questionable

The house was great!!! But the neighbors to the west who look to live there are not so good. Three of the nights dry loud till early morning hours. Also group of kids running up and town the street screaming at the same time.

Spacious but Needs Updating

Great location and very comfortable. Loved the large dining/living room area for a large group. However needs lots of updating for the price. I’m o one could get the TV to work and there were no instructions. Downstairs bath had steady drip. Coffee maker had no pot. Overall was not very clean.
